At Yesterday Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) saw the global debut of the Steyr Motors powered Focus Power 33 presented by Swan Super Lines.

A newcomer to Australian shores, the 10m Focus Power 33 is sure to impress those looking for a classy sports cruiser with an array of features you would expect to find on a motor yacht double its size.

Sleek, stylish and spacious, the Focus Power 33 was designed by UK naval architect, Tony Castro and is the next incarnation of the model that won 2015 Boat of the Year Europe.

The design and format of the Focus Power 33 will suit the Australian boating lifestyle with several areas for people to enjoy during their time onboard, including the spacious cockpit with table, lounge seating on both sides, fridge, sink, and cupboards, plus sun pads on the foredeck. One of the most prominent features of the deck design is the navigation station, positioned on the starboard side of the helmsman position.

Below deck, the Focus 33 features generous standing headroom. Lit by large overhead skylights, the interior is fitted out with modern furniture made of FineLine Oak matt wood and is very practical. Dividing the galley into two sections creates plenty of workspaces.

Two very spacious cabins, both with double berths, can accommodate a family of four or two couples, providing them with all the privacy and comfort they might need. Wardrobes and lockers are suitable for all kinds of personal belongings. Another luxury feature is the bathroom, accessible from both master cabin and the saloon.

Built in Holland, the 9.90m Focus 33 is available in both inboard and outboard power options. The boat on show at SCIBS is fitted with twin Steyr Motors 266S36, 260hp engines, which is an upgrade from the standard 220hp engines. It can also accommodate 230hp or 280hp motors in the same envelope.
